On Tuesday over 150 students from year 7, 8, 9 and 10 enjoyed participating in the Weet-Bix TRYathlon as an individual or as a two man team - swimming 150m, cycling 8km and running 1.5km.  There were smiles all round as top sports personalities Cameron Brown, Stephen Sheldrake, Tayler Reid, and Silver Ferns legend Irene van Dyke lined up to hand out medals to all our finishing students. 

Congratulations to our students for immersing themselves completely in the biggest kids only event in Gisborne.  There was some very energetic dancing in the final dance off with four student spot prizes awarded to Campion College. The College also won one of the signed Valerie Adams Shot Putts and a $300.00 Rebel Sport Voucher. 

We held our Investiture Mass for our 2017 leadership positions in the church on Thursday, 9 February. At the conclusion of the Mass, we invested our Prefects, House Captains, Student Council and BOT Student Representative for 2017.

The College has a strong emphasis on encouraging students to develop their leadership capability through service to the community.
